By proceeding to the application form, new applicants are attesting to the following:

I have carefully read through the GUIDELINES and am aware of the grant range and geographic restrictions
I have reviewed the FAQs, which contain additional important information about this process
I am aware that the steps of the application process are listed in the Application Instructions PDF
My request does not fall into any of the areas of exclusion, including (but not limited to):
- Playgrounds, school security, libraries
- Endowments, individuals, local neighborhood projects, general fundraising drives
- Food pantries, short- & medium-term food insecurity
- Retreats, camps, long-term care facilities & homes
- Developmental disabilities & care; Health & medical (Eating Disorders are the sole exception)
- Mysticism, political advocacy, sexuality & diversity issues
- International request
Before requesting status updates on our request, I will review the confirmation email sent out by Foundation Services LLC
